Innovative design
For more impactful lows, each speaker employs a "Boundary Free" rubber surround with its enhanced pressed pulp and cotton fiber woofer to move more air with accuracy. The woofer's V-cone design improves dispersion and helps provides lows you can feel. The included 3" driver uses the same technology and materials to bolster the midrange with a pristine sound. Superior damping is also key to the sound of these speakers — minimized resonance reduces distortion for a truer-to-life sound.
Included crossovers contribute to the impressive low-frequency response of the woofer, the extensive coverage of the midrange driver, and to a smooth transition to the Tetolon dome tweeter. Hertz builds in tweeter and midrange level controls so you can adjust the mids and highs to match your system.
