A No. However, you are strongly advised to register as a member to enjoy exclusive privileges and manage your order easily.
Q I can't find my certain product in the online store?
A As we continue to update our stocks, more products will be available online for purchase. If you can't find certain products in the online store, you can contact us to enquire.
Q Do you deliver outside Hong Kong?
A Yes. We are welcome and provide different delivery options to overseas. Please refer to ‘Delivery’ for more details.
Q Is there a delivery fee for using the delivery service?
A Delivery is free for all single orders of HKD$800 or above (for local orders only, after discounts, promotions and promo codes applied). For orders below HKD$800, a service charge will apply. Please refer to ‘Delivery’ for more details.
Q How do I pay?
A We accepts PayPal (Credit card) / FPS / AlipayHK and WeChat Pay HK as payment methods. You can also using cash voucher for the order.
Q How will I know if my order is confirmed?
A When your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Member can go to ‘Member Center’ > ‘Order History’ to view your order details. Guest can check your order status via the order enquiry.
Q Can I change or cancel the order?
A After the order is confirmed, ordered products cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have any enquiry relating to any order you purchase in the online store, please contact us to enquire.
Q Can I change the delivery option or address after confirming the order online?
A Once an order is confirmed, the delivery option and address cannot be changed. Should you find your personal information is wrongly placed, please contact us immediately.
Q What should I do if the products are found to be inconsistent or damaged upon receipt?
A If the products are damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us for immediate assistance. We would appreciate if you can also provide us your order no. and damage item photos for our further assistant.
Q How do I get and use the promo code?
A You can get promo codes on our website or our partners occasionally. Only one promo code can be used per order. Offers valid while stocks last. Promo code needs to be keyed in at time of payment whereas no promo code can be used once order is confirmed.
