Return and Refund Policy
Refund Policy
For certain products, if it is confirmed that there are manufacturing defects after inspection, customers can exchange the same model of product within seven days (excluding certain designated brands and accessories). Customers must bring the product to arrange for inspection and exchange. The warranty period for charging products is 30 days.
Only one exchange or return is allowed per purchase. If the exchanged product is out of stock, customers can exchange it for another product of equal value.
When exchanging products, customers must present a valid receipt. The product must not be damaged by human factors.
This exchange policy does not apply to:
Products that are accidentally or negligently damaged or damaged due to incorrect use.
Refund
Except for the above exchange policy, all sold products are non-refundable.
For products with price fluctuations, the selling price is based on the time of the order, and any subsequent price adjustments or promotions cannot be refunded.
If a customer makes a mistaken transfer, the excess amount can only be converted to points for use in the next purchase. If the customer insists on a refund.
